Job Description

Community Support Assistants Overnight Shifts PT/FT

Position Summary: Provides rehabilitative mental health and substance abuse services to assist individuals to achieve and maintain the highest degree of independent functioning in the community. Works collaboratively to provide intensive rehabilitative community supports, crisis intervention, group and psycho-education, case management activities, person centered goal development. Provides transportation and assists in providing hands-on-instruction with activities of daily living. Performs other duties as assigned. EOE

Job Requirements: CSA require a minimum of a High School Diploma plus 3-5 years of work experience in a related field. Additional certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred.
