Wanted: The best in-home sales people in Connecticut

Dr. Energy Saver of Connecticut specializes in basement to attic insulation, and general home energy audits that produce quotes for specialized construction around residential retrofit upgrades. We provide custom-designed solutions for all insulation needs, basement and crawlspace upgrades, replacement windows and duct encapsulation to homeowners to help them enjoy greener, more comfortable, and healthier home. Our quality products, service and reputation allow us to attract talented and committed sales people.

If you can demonstrate that you are super successful in closing sales in home improvement markets such as kitchen and bath remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, basement finishing, or HVAC markets, or you can prove to us that this job is for you, then we want to hear from you!

This is NOT a high-pressure sales job. Be prepared to show that you can build rapport and value and then close sales with homeowners.

The Opportunity:

We are a well-established and home energy services business, and we are looking to add only the best sales people to our team. You can be based in either Connecticut.

Training stipend plus commission sales during early training

Generous commission on sales (This is a real and documented opportunity to make $80,000 to $100,000+ per year)
Leads supplied and appointments booked for you
Excellent training and ongoing support

What potential looks like:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use a laptop computer to make sales presentations, prepare proposals and close sales
Demonstrated ability to follow a written sales process
Strong follow up and organizational skills

Knowledge of building assemblies is helpful but not necessary
