This position provides administrative and programmatic support to DV Programs and ASIST Program

Responsible for all incoming calls and directs as appropriate; takes messages, filing, copying, mail, greets visitors and clients, orders supplies, maintains office in a professional manner; performs advanced administrative tasks to maintain effective program operations; assists in the collection and periodic reporting of client data, including utilization and performance outcomes  to funding sources as needed; updates internal and state databases on a daily basis; Client fee collection.

  This is part-time 20 hour a week position.   The ideal candidate will have a college degree and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment.  Strong written and verbal skills in English and the ability to communicate in a professional manner.  Able to speak Spanish is a plus.  Must have experience in all Microsoft programs, and have database experience.
