DESCRIPTION:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic junior level candidate with a tremendous amount of energy, passion and motivation for our Business Management Trainee opening. These positions are located at our Oxford, Connecticut Headquarters. Your mentor/manager will provide you with intensive on the job training on our products and services to allow you to successfully perform the position responsibilities listed below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

* Prepare quotes and response for potential customers.

* Be the client liaison creating positive relationships with all customers, both internal and external.

* Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.

* Follow up with customers in a timely manner.

* Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends.

* Maintain knowledge of company products and lead times.

* Interface with different aspects of our organization such as Sales, Customer Service, etc.

* Strong project management skills.

* Support senior product managers with analysis.

* A minimum of 10% overnight travel will be required.

EDUCATION:

The ideal candidate would be someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, and have mechanical aptitude. You should also have at least one year of experience in the workforce performing in a business role.

SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:

* Strong written and verbal skills.

* Internet search savvy and business acumen.

* Competent in Microsoft Excel and Access.

* Aggressive, self-starter.

* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

* Manage simultaneous projects under deadlines.
