* Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the coordination and oversight of the daily activaties of the kitchen and cafeteria. Performs all opening and closing inspections, prepares assignments for staff, checks tray line, executes requests for food service. Runs close of day cafeteria reports. HS diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience and minimum 2 years of health care food service experience required. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English required. Computer experience and ability to operate cash register, calculator and computer required.SDL2017
