Our Edge Kids Programming along with Coaches attention, enthusiasm and creativity sets the Edge apart from our competition. Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat and motivating atmosphere where Fitness Meets Fun!

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support and articulate Edge Kids mission

* Adhere to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures

* Greet and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner

* Instruct and monitor active play programming

* Engage children in age appropriate fitness games and activities

* Support fellow staff

* Demonstrate a positive attitude

* Be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated?

* Be comfortable with children ages 6 weeks through 12 years

* Keep room neat, clean and sanitary

* Work within clubs and community outreach events

* Work Kids Night Out, Moms Day Out and Birthday Parties


* Experience in youth fitness and programming preferred

* Experience in exercise science preferred

* Program design experience preferred

* Experience in care of children



* First Aid

* Epi Pen

Physical Demands

* Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing

* Aerobic activity

* Ability to lift 50 pounds

* Promptly notifies his/her manager about any problems that affect his/her ability to accomplish planned goals.

* Takes significant action to develop skills needed for effectiveness in current or future job.

Communication Skills:

Conveys information accurately, concisely and compellingly to a variety of audiences. Leaves good member notes in the system. Communicates with a positive tone to co-workers and members, negativity is never expressed. Always enthusiastic!
