Job Description

Acute Services Program located in New Haven, CT has a fulltime Program Supervisor position. The Program Supervisor provides comprehensive planning and active supports for the care and treatment of agency clients. Provides case management and networks with area community providers for the benefit of the clients. Coordinates all aspects of client care including coordinating rehabilitative programs. Provides professional development to staff, interns, and volunteers for the positions which it supervises. Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree with at least 1-3 years' experience in administrative and program supervision. Additional certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred.
