National Account Manager
The primary responsibility of the National Account Manager is cultivating strong customer account relationships to meet business growth plans. In this inside sales position, the National Account Manager will follow-up on incoming qualified leads and will maintain a supportive role in customers' value-add real estate investment financing needs.
The National Account Manager will
?? Develop client relationships with consultative selling to real-estate entrepreneurs
?? Follow-up on qualified leads in a timely manner; screen and respond to queries
?? Foster trusted relationships for maintaining repeat business
?? Utilize company CRM at expert level
?? Allocate 10% of time for industry meeting travel
?? Demonstrate high energy and a disciplined sense of urgency
?? Follow through with superior Customer Satisfaction and Service
?? Ability to engage with smart, energetic entrepreneurs
?? Knowledge of real estate, lending, business and rehabbing a plus
