SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Assembler III shall be responsible for the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of machine equipment in a safe manner maintaining production standards and yields while producing quality goods in accordance with all applicable SOP?s. Responsibilities will include conducting oneself professionally following all company and departmental procedures and safety guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Machine set-up and troubleshooting.

2. Monitor production yields.

3. Comply with SOP, all quality standards, and GMP.

4. Communicate down time and non-conformities to Team Leader.

5. Maintain all safe work practices and properly utilize machine guarding.

6. Work all scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed.

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Other duties as assigned with or without accomodation.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:

Report to Team Leader or Supervisor where applicable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma required.

2. Machine operation experience.

3. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of specifications.

DECISION MAKING:

The Manufacturing Operator will use his/her discretion when deciding to shut down a malfunctioning machine.

QUALITY:

Producing quality goods is the responsibility of every Manufacturing Operator.

SAFETY:

Manufacturing Operator 1 will perform his/her duties while maintaining a safe work environment for Assemblers and others in the machine?s vicinity according to all applicable safety guidelines.
