Job Summary:

This role will partner with business leaders primarily in the supply chain and operational areas of the business (Berry Direct, procurement, operations) to manage performance to achieve targets in the following ways:

* Financial stewardship controls, reporting, forecasting, risk & opportunity management

* Business intelligence converting data into insights

* Strategic leadership strategic business planning, annual operating planning

* Decision support ROIs, ad hoc analysis

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

* Inventory & COGS reporting and forecasting

* Pricing architecture model landed cost EA profitability of each item

* Supply Chain reporting and decision support (e.g., capture rate, turns)

* Vendor pricing benchmarking and analysis to support contract negotiations

* Product analysis (Berry Direct) category mix, price point mix, occasion mix, best sellers, seasonal analysis, gap analysis

* Promotion analysis (Berry Direct) lift/ROI expectations, synched with forecast, post-mortem share outs

* Capital expenditure process owner ROI template, governance, tracking/reporting

* Miscellaneous reporting, analysis and project management in support of other financial and business priorities as needed

Job Requirements:

* Unquestionable integrity

* Business communication skills ability to zoom into the details and back out to communicate the insights/issues to senior leaders

* Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information

* At least 3 years FP&A experience, partnering with business leaders to plan, forecast and manage risks and opportunities

* Significant experience building models and reporting from scratch leveraging financial systems

* General knowledge of accounting principles

* Ability to multitask and project manage

* Results oriented gets things done
