Marketing Communications 'Process' Coordinator Sr.

Location: Any US location. Thousand Oaks, CA is the preferred location.

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator Sr, you will be responsible for facilitating all steps of large, high profile marketing communication (Marcom) project workflows. This MarComm role will primarily be dedicated to support CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid) mandated EOC (Evidence of Coverage) and ANOC (Annual Notice of Changes) development through implementation. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

* Works with Marketing Communications areas to facilitate projects through all stages (research, writing, proofreading, review, printing, order set-up, mailing and archival) to ensure product is produced in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.

* Interprets CMS model language for PDP (Prescription Drug Plan) EOC and all ANOC plans (i.e. HMO, PPO, PDP) to incorporate into plan templates and then version across all brands, states and contracts.

* Acts as primary client interface and collaborates with business partners and SMEs on projects such as collecting information and approvals from subject matter experts in Operations, Product, Sales Support, Implementation and Clinical.

* Reviews requests and recommends communication solutions as needed.

* Schedules and leads project meetings with business partners.

* Acts as project manager for workflow process and is responsible for ensuring consistency and standardization on all materials including developing business rules for fulfillment of EOC and ANOC working with preferred Anthem vendors and internal production teams.

* Coordinates project reviews and re-negotiates terms/deadlines as appropriate.

* Sets up renewal orders for all the Group Retiree Solutions accounts that occur throughout the year.

* Coordinate with production fulfillment schedules, form number assignment, source file requests and estimating levels of effort.

* Route all projects through Aprimo and manage reviews with creative, legal and production through Aprimo.

* Works with Marcom team lead to prioritize team tasks, assess project quality, and provide leadership and guidance to associates on their assigned projects. Identifies process improvements/efficiencies, and supports business initiatives (standardization, going paperless, etc.).

* Extensive proofing and ensure accuracy of CMS mandated materials.

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior health care industry experience and project/process management skills preferred.

* Candidate must be detail/process oriented, deadline driven, a fast learner, and able to work in fast-paced environment.

* Background in an operational environment preferably within a marketing organization supporting business within federally/state regulated industries highly desirable.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior health care industry experience and project/process management skills preferred.
