Restaurant Marketing Coordinator

$30,000 to $50,000 / Year

In this newly created position, the Restaurant Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting, creating and implementing Marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic and revenue.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Restaurant Marketing Coordinator:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking a wide variety of Marketing initiatives
  • Develop innovative marketing program ideas
  • Coordinate program set-up and roll-outs
  • Strong communicator with Management about current in store and community promotional events
  • Able to assist with all types of inside and outside events
  • Reach out to members of the community through phone calls & visits to increase brand awareness
  • Work with ownership on marketing goal planning, objectives, strategy, strategic initiatives, calendar planning and measurement

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Outgoing, friendly and upbeat personality
  • Enjoys working with people, making new friends and building relationships in the community
  • Organized & great at multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated
  • Team-Player
  • Relationship builder
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Some local travel is required, including community involvement, school visits, nights and weekends may be required as needed
