Energy Job Location: Orange, CT Reports to: Manager, Engineering CLM Description Job Overview: To develop leads, make contacts and sell electric related technology concepts to architects and engineers, and business owners and managers. To perform technical and economic feasibility studies, review designs, prepare proposals for technology options and present them to prospects and their advisors. To monitor installation of electric related technologies, provide quality assurance and ensure customer satisfaction. To be cognizant of customer and market needs in order to recommend new products and service enhancement ideas that can be further explored by team members. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop leads for applications of electric technologies.

* Make contacts, sell electric related technology concepts.

* Perform technical and economic feasibility studies.

* Prepare and present proposals for applications of electric related technologies to customers.

* Monitor installation of electric technologies, provide quality assurance.

* Review operations of energy or other related systems, ensure customer satisfaction.

* Establish and maintain trade ally relationships.

* Provide technical training to others. Requirements Education and Experience Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university, plus five years related experience performing engineering duties. Five years of related experience in commercial building construction and systems, HVAC, energy engineering, electrical controls and circuitry, and energy management systems are required. Mechanical or electrical engineering courses and P.C. computer training desirable. Experience in Marketing or Customer Services is preferred. Demonstrated sales and/or customer relations skills are preferred.
