Job Duties: -Schedules appropriate caregivers (CNA, PCA) to clients, handling issues with caregivers as they arise and other office duties.-Organizes and prepares work schedules for caregivers, including the scheduling time off and filling vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements- Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and client. Rotate weekly on call duties with other staff members.
Skills: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, in person, and in writing with clients, family, caregivers, case managers, and other members of the home health care team.-Must have strong organizational, office and clerical skills.-Customer service skills for assisting with staff, clients and scheduling.-Have the ability to identify and efficiently solve problems in a timely manner. Must be reliable, dependable and display a professional disposition.
Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements: - High School diploma or GED and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience- Knowledge of scheduling/staffing a plus. Must be able to demonstrate human relations, customer service, and organizational skills
