The company is a mid-sized growing organization. Responsibilities include oversight and management of Treasury, Finance Accounting and Compliance. This includes financial reporting, cash flow management, analysis, budgets and financial planning. Other responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to other management team members to facilitate the company meeting its goals, coordination of corporate tax planning compliance with their CPA firm, maintenance of bank financing relationships, and oversight of HR, Procurement and IT. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience in manufacturing which includes experience with developing and maintenance of strong relationships with Bank contacts as well as international experience. Pharma or medical devise manufacturing experience is required. Strong financial leadership experience is a must. A CPA and/ or a MBA is highly desired. This role offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package with a base salary up to $185,000, DOE.
