Role Description:

We?re looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our dynamic Learning & Development team to focus on instructional design. You will design and manage the development of learner-driven learning opportunities and instructional materials by following our instructional design process. If you have a keen mind and can interpret stakeholder needs to proceed to solutions, we?re looking for you! This role reports into the Director, L&D Center of Expertise and is flexible on location (you will be able to work remotely).

What you?ll do:

Develop

+ Based on needs analysis, design and implement innovative instructional design projects that effectively leverage the power of instructional technologies to improve participant learning and scalability, using best practices in the field.

+ Measure the impact of implemented learning to determine instructional effectiveness and define areas for improvement.

Partner

+ Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and Learning & Development team members to translate business objectives into effective learning interventions.

Support

+ Support Leadership Development programs by designing content to meet our talent pipeline needs.

+ Identify opportunities for greater scale in a high growth environment.

What you?ll need:

Bachelor?s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or similar area of study or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Master?s degree in related field preferred.

Minimum three years of experience working in instructional design or previous successful experience within the key areas of responsibility.

Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Proven interpersonal skills with a consultative approach; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results.

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office products, with extensive experience using PowerPoint.

Excellent time-management skills, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Competency working with a Learning Management System (LMS); Moodle based experience advantageous.

Exceptional presentation and meeting facilitation skills that demonstrate the ability to create a learning experience.
