About You
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, success-oriented individual to join the Innovative team as a Technology Sales Executive.


Job Description

  • Consult with customers along with sales engineers to assess their business needs.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process and an ongoing basis.
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure to close sales in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by maintaining contact to propose new solutions.
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge to support products and services.


Responsibilities

  • New Business Development.
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Sell our portfolio of products or services directly to prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and prepare formal proposals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience selling IT solutions in a B2B environment (disaster recovery, backup, data replication, APM, cloud, servers, storage, IBM Power Systems, NPM, IT security, and virtualization. See for information about our practice).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong listening and investigative skills to identify customer problems.
  • Proficiency in the use of customer relationship management programs (Salesforce preferred).
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to prioritize and self???manage.
  • Familiarity with the following technology vendors and their technology solutions a big plus: Aruba Networks, Blue Coat, Carbon Black, Dev-Byrne & Company, Evault, f5, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, MASS Communications, OnX, Palo Alto Networks, Pulse Secure, Riverbed, TierPoint, Trend Micro, Vision Solutions, VMware and Zerto.
  • Must be a US citizen or legal resident.
