Toolmaker with experience in programming and operation of a CNC lathe. Must be capable of programming, set up and operation of CNC lathes to manufacture a wide range of products. Also computer assisted design of tools along with manual tool making.

Working hours: 1st Shift

Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.
Familiarity with maintenance of semi-automated tooling a plus.
Must be capable of operating a manual grinder, lathe, and milling machine to a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Capable of assessing problem with tooling and work with engineering and/or operators to solve problems.
Detail oriented.
Develops tooling and fixtures for new and existing product introduction.
Identifies and implements solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.
Able to move equipment weighing as much as 40 lbs., and lift it on/off tables if necessary.
Must have high school degree and minimum 3 years experience.
