Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.


  • Build our brand via creativity within communication channels such as website, event planning, advertising and social media
  • Promote referrals through client integration
  • Promote, plan and attend referal and prospecting events
  • Perform post event follow up activities with attendees and schedule appointments
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
  • Set up and host client events/Dinners


  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
  • Experience in marketing within a financial group
  • Effective time management, deadline and detail-oriented
  • Microsoft office suite, outlook, excel and other cloud based systems
  • Excellent communications skills
