Clinique Supervisor

We're looking for people with Counter/Business Manager experience that will be in charge of a counter and work with store and Clinique management for Consultant recruitment, selection, retention, new hire orientation and the organization and achievement of daily goals. This position also collaborates with the Counter Education Manager or Market Education Manager to coach and develop Consultant skill levels. You will execute a counter business plan and expectations. You will set and manage total counter and individual Consultant goals. Strive to achieve personal sales goals. Create and execute action plans based on market calendar for goal obtainment and merchandising guidelines. You will manage Consultant hygiene and image standards.

You will recruit potential Clinique Consultants in conjunction with management and conduct screening consultations, as well as, order Consultants' new hire packages.

You will lead orientation, facilitate coaching between new Consultant and Counter/Market Education Manager. You will monitor the Consultant orientation process and creates/execute a development plan with Counter/Market Education Manager for each Consultant. You will conduct team meetings for on-going communication and use effective management techniques to retain and motivate Consultants.


High school graduate or equivalent with experience as a Clinique Consultant and/or counter management experience is preferred. The candidate has strong leadership skills, is self-reliant and has the ability to manage others for retention, sales and service. Management experience is a plus. Strong selling, planning and communication skills are necessary.

Please note in this role you would be employed by the store, not Clinqiue. The store makes all final hiring decisions for this position.
