Job Description: The Customer Service Representative must be well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask. Strengths must include communication, follow-up skills, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as analytical capabilities.
• Order entry, EDI
• Account setup and maintenance
• Vendor compliance and Logistics
• Credits, claims, chargebacks, RTV's
• Sales support
Experience: Minimum of two years professional working experience in customer service, sales or retail is preferred.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office proficient.
