We are a busy Real Estate company in business over 20 years, specializing in sales, commercial real estate, development and construction. We are looking for an Office Manager/ Admin/ and Personal Assistant to the owner. MUST have experience with the MLS. MUST have bookkeeping/ accounting experience. In addition, candidate must be extremely organized, able to solve problems and work independently. Duties will include MLS input, forms, sales contracts, legal documents. Bookkeeping duties will include balancing accounts, paying vendors, paying bills. Accounting duties will include helping with payroll, helping our CPA prepare tax forms for our various LLC's.
