Local Managed IT Company - Meriden, CT

Our company is an aggressive - growth oriented Technology Company seeking a motivated, experienced, and talented inside sales representative to assist with obtaining new business clients.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for calling B2B small to mid-sized companies in our specified target markets to identify and reach out to key decision makers and present a clear message about the business results and value that our company provides our clients. We need a champion who is accustomed to a high activity environment.

Job Responsibilities:

?? Make 60-100 dials per day.

?? Speak to 10-15 decision makers each day.

?? Schedule 3-5 appointments per week for sales team.

?? Lead generation and prospecting.

?? Perform appropriate research (e.g. telephone calls, internet research) to clean and update information from acquired databases/lists.

?? Participate in our ongoing training modules

?? Track activity & results within the company's documented systems.

Required Skills:

?? Prior business-to-business sales experience (preferred)

?? Strong communication & phone skills

?? Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and set appointments for outside reps.

?? Organized, attention to detail and ability to document activities

?? Basic knowledge of common software applications (Word, Excel, etc...)

?? Open Mindedness, Sense of Humor and Enjoys a Fast Pace Environment

?? Must have valid driver's license

Office Work Hours:

Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am. - 4:30 pm.
After business hours may be required on occasion.

Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 /year (includes commission)
