Executive Assistant - Marketing and Sales Department
*Marketing Executive Assistant - Exempt
Coordinate and execute marking activities and provide administrative support for the senior leadership team of HarcoSemco.
Reports to: President
Location: Branford, CT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute marketing activities for new and existing products.
Work with outside vendors to assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communications.
Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools.
Assemble and edit presentations and materials for meetings
Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
Manage general website content and perform routine updates.
Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.
Attend domestic and international trade shows, satellite events, conferences and functions to
promote HarcoSemco products as required.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information e.g. President's report.
Provide general administrative support, to include calendar and meeting management, coordination of leadership team meetings- set agendas, capture minutes, and follow through on action items.
Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with
Answer critical customer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
Perform General office duties such as record management, ordering of supplies, and maintaining data base systems.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Make travel arrangements for Senior Leadership team.
Manage expense reporting for the Senior Leadership team by preparing and submitting expenses including but not limited to coding and gathering documentation.
Handle confidential materials appropriately and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Work independently with minimal direction for completing daily tasks.
Must be a "US Person" as defined by US Govt. and able to work without restriction with ITAR related data.
Able to travel domestically and international up to 15%
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required.
3 - 5 years' experience in the work force, with prior marketing experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and marketing automation is desirable.
Knowledge of ERP software/systems such as Infor, Oracle, SAP, Epicor or other systems is a plus.

Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
Capability to work extended hours on a periodic basis, including the potential for occasional overnight travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone skills
Must be able to operate proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise
Must be able to multi-task and work with and for diverse customers with varying leadership styles
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
No physical exertion required.
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Some light physical effort required.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift at least 15 lbs.
Sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and moving.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Safety Glasses may be required in manufacturing areas.
Work in an office and manufacturing environment.
Exposed to any number of elements, but none to the point of being disagreeable.
