Benefits Administrator! Prestigious organization in the Middletown area is seeking a Benefits Administrator/Manager to join their dynamic team. Primary responsibilities of this role include all union and nonunion Benefits Administration for 1,000+ employees, including 401k, STD, LTD and FMLA processes and Employee Relations functions. The Benefits Administrator will also assisting in the day to day operations of the HR department, managing the benefits open enrollment process, and partnering with management in Human Resources to contribute to ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a BS Degree in a related field and preferably PHR certification. Minimum requirements for this role include 3-5 years of relevant human resources/ benefits experience, knowledge of state and federal labor laws, understanding of payroll, excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills. The Benefits Administrator will have daily interaction with employees at all levels and have supervisory duties too. ADP and HRIS software experience is a plus for this role!
