OVERVIEW:

?? Office management systems and procedures

?? High Proficiency in MS Office

?? Orientation and Onboarding for new hires

?? Employee Information database maintenance

?? Systems Implementation

?? Liaison with DOH, Insurance Consultants

?? BOH Equipment Purchasing

?? Liaison with Facilities Maintenance/OSHA Regs

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

?? Answer and direct phone calls

?? Organize and schedule appointments

?? Maintain a filing system

?? Maintain contact lists

?? Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

?? Write, distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

?? Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

?? Attention to detail and problem solving skills

?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

?? Excellent interpersonal skills and flexible to work with different groups within our organization

Qualifications:

  • The Administrative Manager must have business / administrative management experience of at least 3 years
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Administrative Manager
  • Strong Computer Knowledge Needed
  • Must be Social Media Savvy
  • Experience managing an office of 2+ people
  • Must have experience bookkeeping along with Human Resources
