Robert Half has partnered with a technology service company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to provide support to the growing organization on a full time, permanent basis. This is a critical position to the company as this person is responsible for all the day to day accounting and office administration. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable including AIA Billing Account Reconciliations Bank Reconciliations Journal Entries Month End Closings Certified Payroll Human Resources- new hire orientation and benefits enrollment Scheduling meetings, ordering supplies Handling ad hoc office projects and management The ideal candidate should have a prior background in a jack of all trades office manager/full charge bookkeeper role for a fast paced organization. Competitive salary up to $65,000 with flexibility depending on experience along with a great benefit package!
