## Sales Rotational Program \- Fire

The individual in this role will be responsible for becoming familiar with and providing support for several rotational areas of Honeywell?s Security and Fire division\. The rotational areas will include involvement with both products and services to new and existing customers\.

Candidates must be able to work in the US on a full\-time basis without sponsorship

Rotational stops include the following departments or areas:

General Orientation: Learn the basic requirements as a Honeywell employee including The Eight Behaviors, Code of Conduct, Harassment, Trade compliance, etc\.

Commercial Orientation: Channel to Market, SFDC, Concur, HOS,

Product & Industry Orientation: Participate industry and product training assignments\. Learn marketing programs that target our customer base, assist with sales promotions and introductions to maximize sales revenue\.

Functional Orientation Series

+ oFinance: Learn the basics of the budgeting process, financial planning structure, financial goals and metrics, AOP, STRAP, etc\.
+ oSales, Inventory & Operations Planning \(SIOP\): Participate in the inventory forecasting process and understand distribution and supply chain
+ oStrategic Marketing: Write and present value propositions and analyze go\-to\-market strategies; participate on new product introduction \(NPI\) launches\.
+ Customer Facing Orientation
+ oSales Operations/CRM: Work with the sales support functions to learn internal customer support activities such as Technical Support, Order Management and Reporting\. Tool utilized are Salesforce\.com and SAP\.
+ oInside Sales: manage an inside sales customer account\. Attend trade shows as needed to gain an understanding of our customers, competitors and current marketplace, apply order management and support of a customer
+ oOutside Sales: Shadow an existing sales representative on customer visits and strategy meetings; learn the product selling cycle and ordering process; participate in sales training and development programs to develop selling skills and proficiency\.

After the conclusion of the HSF Sales Rotational Program, individuals will transition to an Outside Sales role, with ownership and management over a specific customer territory\. The Outside Sales role may be in a territory within the U\.S\. that would require relocation\.

### YOU MUST HAVE

+ Pursuing a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

### WE VALUE

+ Must graduate no more than 12 months before your start date
+ Previous experience in a sales role
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
