Experience: The Facilities Manager must have five years' experience as a facilities manager for a Federal or GSA multi-building complex or commercial multistory office/mixed use complex. Must have a minimum of fifteen years overall experience leading or managing a multi-discipline work force in a commercial or federal building complex. E
Education: Bachelors or advanced degree in business or engineering preferred. Experience can be substituted for a degree.
