*******PAY*******

We have very competitive pay options including a Commission + Residual and a Base + Commission option

Commission + Residual: Our Hybrid pay Smart Home Consultants are paid $250-$350 per sale with opportunities to go up to $500-$600 per sale (based on performance for the year). On this pay option our Smart Home Consultants are also paid a $5 dollar residual per account per month. I.E if a rep does 150 accounts for the year their residual compensation would be $750/month in addition to their commission.

Base + Commission pay : Our Base + Commission pay offers a $1,000 per month base + $100 per sale commission. Based on performance over the first 2 months, that base and commission may be increased.

*******REQUIREMENTS*******

Experience Communication/Sales experience is a plus but no experience is necessary as we have a thorough training program.

Age - All applicants must at least 18 or older. Our team is currently comprised of a variety of women and men between the ages of 18 and 45.

Appearance - We generally add people to our team that look clean cut/presentable. First impressions go a long way in sales.
