Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

?? Generate sales leads and call on potential new and current customers to discover job opportunities.

?? Maintain relationships with existing clients.

?? Present proposals to customers in a convincing manner and respond to customer questions and/or objections to secure the sale. Negotiate terms of sale to the best advantage of the company.

?? Perform cold calling from generated leads.

?? Identifies business opportunities by identifying potential clients, such as property managers, plant engineers, architects, engineers, universities, church's, general contractors, etc.

?? Sell by establishing contact (phone and in-person), developing relationships with prospect and recommending construction improvements.

?? Maintain and update sales materials. Prepare the annual marketing plan.

?? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
