Job Description

Sales Account Manager - Northeast Territory

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000, plus a $5,000 bonus plan. The candidate can participate in the 401-K Plan immediately upon employment with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 9% of salary. The cost of coverage for hospital, medical and prescription drug currently is contributory at $50 per month for employee only coverage, or $100 per month for employee and family. Dental and vision are currently paid in full by the company, as is life insurance and disability. 17 days PTO per calendar year prorated based upon start date. There are 11 paid company holidays. The employee is provided a car allowance of up to $35,000 for the purchase of a new company car of his/her choice, plus fuel, tires, maintenance, repairs, and insurance (no out-of-pocket expense to the employee).

Job Summary:

One the worlds leading environmental technology (water treatment) solutions providers seeks to hire a SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER fro the Northeast territory.

Sells Environmental solutions including products and processes and technology to assigned customer base or territory.


??? Primary HES Representative for an assigned customer base or a territory

??? Manages sales process of Environmental solutions including products, processes and services.

??? Develops a trusted consultative relationship with customer.

??? Becomes a customer representative and advocate inside HES organization

??? Delivers value proposition of our superior solutions and products & services.

??? Coordinates with other HES technical staff (R&D, Process Development, Product management) to ensure successful delivery of our solutions.

??? Provides outstanding customer service with all sales activities including Concept and solution presentations, support delivery of outstanding service on a day to day basis.

??? Responsible for maintaining long term customer relationships including handling credit management, customer service complaints/investigations, and customer satisfaction surveys.

??? Submits and fulfills annual budget and quarterly forecast

??? Submits and reacts to information about trends in the market place, as well as competitor's activities.

??? Actively pursues sales leads and opportunities, keeping North American Sales Manager informed of business pipeline and involving manager when needed for issues critical to sale.

??? Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.

??? Experience of sales in the environmental industry, soil remediation, industrial water treatment, and/or municipal drinking water segments.

??? Ability to manage channels in the market place

??? Proficiency in foreign language will be advantageous

??? Excellent interpersonal communication skills are desired

??? Valid driver's license.


??? Position requires frequent traveling, about 50% of the time.

??? Adequate sight, speech and hearing abilities.

??? Required personal protective equipment devices must be worn.


Office environment, and outside domestic sales in the Northeast territory.
