Our New Haven County Client is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team on a long term temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative and executive support for a Director and the department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Managing complicated Outlook calendars, book conference calls and meetings. • Coordinate meetings, including meeting support; ordering food printing agendas. • Arrange both domestic and international travel. • Submit expenses via Concur. • Open and manage purchase orders in SAP. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Field incoming communications. • Pharma experience is
