The Institute of Professional Practice (IPP) is a private, non-profit human service and educational organization that serves people with developmental and other disabilities.
We are currently seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist .
You will be responsible for the implementation of educational and behavioral/habilitative programs as determined by the IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) of the students in their caseload.
As our ABA Therapist, with a background in Human Service, you will be responsible for implementing individual programs as written or advised by the Clinical Coordinator/Program Director or Clinical Director.
Additional responsibilities of the ABA Therapist include:
?? Working with students on a daily basis during one-on-one instruction or during group activities/instruction
?? Collecting data and maintaining documentation for the assigned students
?? Providing direct instruction to the students; working cooperatively with the classroom teachers regarding instruction, group activities, and reinforcement systems
?? Following behavioral/habilitative programs (i.e., toileting, feeding protocols)
?? Completing data forms as required; graph data accurately using forms provided
?? Providing documentation on progress for reviews and meetings
?? Maintaining all required records and reports as determined by IPP or school policies
