Customer Service Representatives (North Haven)

Skills and Qualifications:

Peoples Medical & Pharmacy is recognized as the premier provider of durable medical equipment, oxygen services, sleep solutions equipment and pharmacy delivery in south central CT. We work in a highly-dynamic environment and are leaders in home healthcare.

Peoples Medical is looking for several high-energy, positive attitude individuals with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our North Haven office. We are seeking self-starters and independent thinkers - those who possess out- of- the-box thinking skills and personal drive to provide input on improving processes and operations is essential.

Proficiency and knowledge in utilizing the Brightree computer-based customer order entry and tracking systems is required. Also, candidates must have excellent phone and communication skills. Bi-lingual/ Spanish speaking a plus.

Knowledge and experience in the durable medical equipment, O2 and medical billing field of business is a requirement so it is expected that you will keep up with all the components and services we offer through review of what we sell.

Full time position, hourly wage, 5 day work week with rotating Saturdays. Health insurance, 401k and vacation packages available.
