Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will establish and implement management processes to ensure projects are meeting the defined criteria, and successfully executed to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. The objectives for this position will be to provide high quality project support, accurate and timely project coordination, and focused internal and external responsiveness.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets

* Coordinate day-to-day activities of projects and team members in cross-functional organization to ensure scope, timelines and milestones are successfully met

* Quickly develop an understanding of Edible?product lines, store operations, and best practices

* Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects

* Lead project communications with stakeholders and team members

* Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates

* Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues

* Tailor processes (as required) to meet the needs of individual projects

* Recommend decisions based on information and input in a timely manner

* Assist with coordinating projects of high complexity; Assist with all project phases, including initiation, planning, launch and closure

* Drive process compliance and continuous improvement

* Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

* Bachelors or equivalent preferred with minimum of 2 years experience in project management

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic web technology

* Familiarity with New Product Development processes highly desired

* Detail-oriented, process-driven, positive attitude

* Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal operations

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve support for objectives with the ability to adapt quickly to changes

* Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills

* Ability to be creative and innovative

* Strong technology skills and ability to learn and impact new systems

* Effective negotiation and conflict management skills

* Poise and focus under pressure

* Resourcefulness, proactivity, adaptability and lots of initiative
