Customer Relations Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team!

You are the "face" of our business! Your role includes answering customer calls, emails, and live chats. In your daily activities, you'll communicate with the warehouse and marketing teams to ultimately provide excellent customer service to our customers.
*Available to work Saturdays is a must*
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Respond to customer social media comments/questions
- Respond to customers via live chat
- Use multiples computer software systems to manage customer accounts, orders, and shipments
- Perform other various office and data entry tasks
- EXTREMELY comfortable using various computer software systems for customer/order management
- Previous experience in customer service
- Good at problem-solving and resolving customer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and computers in general
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
