We are seeking a self\-motivated Environmental Health & Safety \(EHS\) Compliance Specialist to be part of an established group of EHS compliance professionals while managing projects, providing technical expertise and establishing and maintaining client relationships in the area of multi\-media EHS compliance\.

The position requires strong regulatory and technical understanding of facility and corporate\-level environmental permitting/compliance support, including EHS multi\-media compliance auditing, permit preparation, hazardous waste management \(RCRA\), and facility\-level training\. Must have experience understanding, developing, and implementing environmental management systems, and assisting clients with obtaining third\-party certifications and verifications\. Other key areas of compliance support include developing and preparing SPCC plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans \(SWPPPs\), ICPs, federal and state EPCRA reporting, and PCB contaminated material management\.

The position also requires a track record of identifying new clients, managing client relationships, and developing specific work programs for these clients, including taking a lead role in project management of the work and supporting the development of environmental compliance strategies\.

Experience with ISO 14001 certifications and OSHA regulations is a plus, but not required\.


Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science or related degree from accredited program\. Minimum 7 years related consulting experience in a wide variety of areas ranging from program management, professional environmental services, and business development\. Completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience\.
