Our client in Milford is currently looking for experienced assemblers on 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand component parts identification, process improvement and inventory awareness.
- Understand concepts of continuous small batch manufacturing and how to utilize these to reduce assembly lead times.
- Build sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and calibrate products.
- Perform test procedures as required.
- Mark, label and package controls for shipment.
- Mix and apply epoxy when needed.
- Implement new assembly aids and fixture procedures.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the product, process, and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the nonconformance until it has been resolved.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety procedures.
- Process all necessary paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Job requirements:
--Ability to successfully perform Electro-Mechanical and/or Electronic manufacturing processes.
--Ability to follow oral and written English instructions, and basic reading, writing and math typically gained through a high school education.
--Ability to learn and understand technical drawing instructions, and to accurately follow them to produce conforming products.
--Willingness to work in a team based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
