Holo-Krome Company, a Division of Fastenal Company, is a leading Manufacturer of Fasteners.


Working as a Full-Time Manufacturing Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the subcontracting work routed through the manufacturing facility. Subcontracting either a complete outsourced part or a specific manufacturing process is a vital part of our business. The continued focus on subcontracting will drive our business in 2018 and beyond. The Manufacturing Lead / Coordinator will work with both sales and operations in generating new business and driving profits on existing business.


The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Working with operations to identify current products and processes that can be subcontracted to approved sources

o Tracking daily and communicating the status for subcontracted work

o Working with both sales and operations to identify new products that can be successfully subcontracted at time of quotation

o Identifying potential manufacturing processes to be subcontracted

o Managing day-to-day relationships with subcontracting suppliers and internal teams


The following skills and qualification are required for this position:

o Prior manufacturing experience OR knowledge of fasteners and hardware

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Strong organization, time management, and project management skills

o Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others

o Desire to continuously improve manufacturing processes

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Ability to lift 75 lbs.

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
