Job Title: Full-Time Admin Assistant - Meriden, CT Location

Local IT Company located in Meriden, CT is looking for a full-time admin person who is dedicated and motivated to assist our marketing department obtain new business leads.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for a combination of duties which include:

?? Make 60-100 dials a day to clean up database, perform marketing campaign follow up calls and set appointments for the sales team.

?? Perform appropriate research (e.g. telephone calls, internet research) to clean and update information from acquired databases/lists.

?? Manage prospects information our PSA system.

?? Assist with marketing event planning including seminars and webinars etc.

?? Other duties may include proofreading, printing, labels, handwriting envelopes, folding and stuffing, stamping marketing materials, etc.

Job Requirements

?? Minimum 3 years' administrative experience.

?? Fearlessness with the ability to make phone calls with an upbeat, friendly personality

?? Organized with attention to detail a must.

?? Excellent communication skills both written and oral, proofreading.

?? Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.

?? Own transportation (may run errands from time to time).

Office Work Hours:

Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am. - 4:30 pm.
Pay: $15-$16 per our depending on experience.
