Receptionist / Office Assistant
Busy Property Management company looking for a dynamic individual to run the front desk and assist with office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and work well with people of all backgrounds. Must be outgoing, detail oriented and computer savvy.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to
- Answering multi line phones
- Relaying messages to appropriate property or personnel
- Taking rental payments and giving accurate receipts
- Handling initial client concerns
- Inputting work orders for multiple properties
- Handling mail for entire office
- Handing out notices and permits to clients
- Making copies and sending faxes
