Job Summary:

The Director of Operations is responsible for overall Franchise operational support. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role works closely with the various internal Home Office departments and the entire Franchise system to ensure operational objectives and priorities are met.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

* Provide the highest level and operational support to Franchisees

* Work closely with other Directors and Brand Standards Partners to increase service levels to Franchisees while ensuring consistency of standards across the brand

* Support and assist with the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales and service programs and initiatives.

* Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.

* Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence.

* Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support.

* Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.

* Build peer support and strong cross-functional relationships with other key management personnel.

* Other duties as assigned.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

* Drive overall quality assurance for franchises.

* Achievement of established sales, profit, and strategic objectives within the market.

* Thorough implementation of organization-impacting initiatives.

* Accurate and on-time reporting

* Achievement of strategy objectives defined by company management.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in related field

* 3-5 years of operations management experience

* Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives

* Previous experience within a franchise system a plus

* Proficiency in MS office applications

* Experience managing personnel and contributing toward the development of department strategy

* Ability to travel 35-40%

* Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies.

* Strong leader, extremely well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded.
