?National Accounts Manager? is a high-visibility sales and business development position focused on Retail, Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate. This is a field position, and works in tight coordination with end-users, distributor partners, Door Security Solutions offices, and design professionals. National Account Programs are extensive, multi-faceted sales cycles that include relationship building with C-level personnel nationwide. You will be interacting with leaders in various functions including procurement/sourcing, design, construction, facilities, and data-base management.

Day to day responsibilities include:

Participation in calls with distributors, sales team(s) and operating companies, to help identify, manage, and close opportunities to create year-over-year revenue streams.

Drive demand with selling techniques, lead management, project tracking and act as liaison for National Account Distribution Partners, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, ASSA ABLOY Hospitality and Integrated Security Solutions sales teams.

Translate customer feedback into meaningful and effective presentations, marketing materials and collateral. Manage specification consultant resources as needed.

Collaborate with ASSA ABLOY Groups for cross-selling and budget sharing.

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Five to seven years experience in hardware industry or other related industry selling products and systems solutions services.to corporate level.

Ability to leverage resources within a large corporate sales environment; collaborating often and effectively with members of various divisions and levels.

Desire to understand an ever changing market; continuously research innovative products and relevant competitor offerings

Foster professional relationship and communication with Director- National Accounts through frequent communication, and unified outfacing messaging.

Must be a self-starter that excels in both solo and team selling situations.

Strong selling and relationship building skills with impeccable follow-up.

Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.

Capable of prioritizing numerous and simultaneous projects and clients in an efficient, productive manner.

Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; develop interactive and compelling presentations.

Regularly attend industry events and internal training.

Ability to travel extensively

Mininum of a high school education with a bachelor degree preferred

Ability to speak fluently about product solutions that support sustainable and green built environments such as: LEED, Living Building Challenge, HPD, EPD, and GREENGUARD strongly desired.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of sample and display material for sale presentations
