Job Description

We are seeking a Home Care Administrator to become part of a team in a licensed home care agency (LHCSA)!

Responsibilities of the Home Care Administrator

  • Oversee all operations to ensure care and services are provided appropriately
  • Oversee all talent acquisition, including office and filed staff
  • Supervise billing and business development
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations
  • Develop policies and procedures
  • Oversee finance and budgeting
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

???Qualifications of the Home Care Administrator:

  • Prior experience as a home care Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a large agency
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
