CSR - Quoting
Focused, self-motivated, likes to be busy. Research, prepare, follow-up and send quotes to multiple vendor companies and customers. MUST have experience with both Excel and Quick Books.
Must be team player, skillfully manage a range of office support tasks and maintain detailed records. Multitasking skills, customer service, accurate data entry, purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing and inventory control; good organizational skills, customer inquiries over the phone and email. Second language a plus, Mandarin or Spanish.
