Our New Haven County client has a permanent need for a Financial Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Specialist! The Financial Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations and the preparation of ad-hoc reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all Accounts Receivable - creating invoices, posting payments, aging receivables, collections calls, as well as resolving billing issues and preparing bank deposits.
  • Review, enter and code all invoices.
  • Obtain W9's for new vendors.
  • Reconciliations are completed in Quickbooks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • 3+ years of experience and Quickbooks is highly preferred!
