PCB Process Engineer - Connecticut
PCB Process Engineer
Day Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evaluate and improve all processes in PCB manufacturing.
Provide Technical support to manufacturing team.
Work closely with Production and Quality to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production cycle times, efficiencies, yields, and operating costs.
Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget.
Perform and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
3-5 years of related experience in Process Engineering, or in a PCB manufacturing environment required.
Must be familiar with standard manufacturing design rules, fabrication drawings, customer specifications and industry specifications such as IPC 6012.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent trouble shooting skills.
Experience in using a CAM system is helpful.
Must be able to work independently and multitask in a face paced team environment
Excellent computer skills required.
